You tell me a game with a 100 million dollar budget is better than something like Portal or Journey, and I will fight you.

Portal 2 is better than Portal.

Better story. more character development. Moonrocks. Lemons

I enjoyed it. Like. Everything was good about it, but it felt like they had to find ways to include enough good stuff to justify a 60 dollar price tag.

I also felt it was too long. I wanted it to be done with about an hour or two before I actually beat it.

while i dont think THOSE particular reasons are what make portal better than portal 2, i do agree with you, portal IS better than portal 2

the reasons why i think portal is better than portal 2 is:

A) a better control of the feeling of the player, portal is way more scary and way more inmersive, the athmosphere gets under your skin way better

B)a better narrative, as a story portal is better paced and much more effective at suprising the player and much more engaging, also i like the simplicity of it

C) portal was new and innovative when it came out, it was something fresh, surprising, misterious, portal 2 does add a lot of mechanics and fun but it cant recreate the feeling of discovery that is learning to think with portals

REALLY FUN FACT for big cats cheetahs are fucking docile as shit

my grandfather ran a cheetah sanctuary in south africa and he’d just lie with them and sleep among them and they’d rub against him and chirp at him they’re big fucking babies

Another Fun Fact: Cheetah’s are incredibly nervous animals. One of the (many) reason’s they’re going extinct is that cheetah’s are so sensitive and nervous, some of them are literally too nervous to breed. Other’s will breed, but stress themselves out so much, they’ll loose their cubs.

So zoo’s with breeding program’s had to figure out how to make Cheetah’s comfortable enough to first of all, get laid and secondly - not spazz themselves into miscarrying.

So what’d they do?
They gave the cheetah’s their very own Service Dogs!

The dogs make them feel safe, protected and secure!
